All online financial payments (membership fees & donations) are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway (Razorpay Software Private Limited).

To protect the public interest and ensure official authenticity:

• Every approved Member is assigned a unique public verification URL and scannable QR Code printed directly on their official ID Card.
• Scanning the QR Code opens the public verification portal (verify-member.php) displaying member verification status, designation, photo, and valid date range.
• Private identification documents (such as uploaded Aadhaar/Voter IDs) are strictly restricted to Executive Admin access and are NEVER publicly visible on QR verification pages.

We implement rigorous physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your personal data:

IHRPSC maintains a strict No-Sale, No-Lease, No-Commercial-Trade Policy regarding personal data. We do not sell or rent member or donor contact lists to any commercial entities, marketing companies, or third-party advertisers.
