Membership Processing & Application Fees

International Human Rights Protection & Social Council (IHRPSC) is a non-profit NGO registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act (Govt. of India), CIN U88900WR2026NPL295037.

Membership Fee Terms:

Membership fees collected during registration (e.g. ₹500 or active tier amount) cover administrative processing, identity verification audits, digital ID Card generation, scannable QR portal hosting, and Certificate issuance. Once an application is approved and a Unique Member ID is generated, the processing fee is non-refundable.

Voluntary Charitable Donations

All financial donations made to IHRPSC towards human rights protection campaigns, disaster relief, legal aid, or child education are voluntary charitable contributions.

Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled as funds are immediately allocated to active social welfare projects.
Tax Exemption Receipts (80G) issued for voluntary donations are statutory tax documents and cannot be revoked once processed into Council audit books.

Technical Glitches & Duplicate Payment Refunds

In the event of a technical payment error, server timeout, or network drop resulting in duplicate charges for a single application or donation:

Full Refund Eligibility

If your bank account or UPI was debited multiple times due to a gateway timeout, the extra duplicate transaction amount will be refunded 100%.

Source Account Reversal

Refunds are credited back directly to the original bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI VPA used during payment.

Razorpay Payment Gateway Refund Timeline

Online transaction reversals are routed via Razorpay Payment Gateway and follow standard banking settlement schedules:

Approval Approved within 24-48 Working Hours

Bank Processing 5 to 7 Business Days

UPI Instant Reversal 24 to 48 Hours for UPI Payments

Application Cancellation & Rejection Refund Rules

Rejected Applications: If a membership application is rejected during background verification due to invalid or unverified documents provided by the applicant, an administrative deduction of ₹100 may be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon written request.
Voluntary Cancellation Before Processing: If an applicant requests cancellation before ID Card generation, a full refund can be requested within 24 hours of form submission.
