International Human Rights Protection & Social Council (IHRPSC) is a registered Section 8 Non-Profit Organization incorporated under the Companies Act (Govt. of India), bearing CIN U88900WR2026NPL295037 and License No. 295037, recognized by NITI Aayog (DARPAN ID: WB/2026/1143463).

All members must uphold the highest standards of integrity, moral character, and constitutional ethics. Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in any anti-social, illegal, criminal, or unconstitutional activities.
• Using Council membership, ID Card, or Designation for extortion, intimidation, unauthorized inspection, or personal financial gain.
• Impersonating police officers, government magistrates, or statutory enforcement officials.
• Issuing unauthorized press releases or public statements on behalf of IHRPSC without prior written permission from the Executive Directorate.

Official Membership ID Cards and Certificates of Appointment remain the intellectual property of IHRPSC:

Membership processing fees and voluntary donations are utilized towards Council administrative expenses, ID Card printing, verification infrastructure, and social awareness programs:

• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once an application is processed and approved.
• Donations to the Council qualify for tax exemptions as per applicable non-profit statutory regulations.

Users submitting human rights violation reports or complaints via the portal must ensure all information submitted is true, factual, and accurate. Submitting malicious, false, or fabricated complaints is illegal and subject to criminal prosecution.

The official emblem, logo, seal, website design, and published content of IHRPSC are protected trademarks and intellectual property. No member or external entity may reproduce, alter, or use the logo on vehicles, letterheads, or banners without explicit written consent from the Directorate.

IHRPSC, its Governing Board, and Directors shall not be held liable for any individual personal actions, unauthorized representations, or illegal acts committed by any member outside the scope of authorized Council directives. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Council against any personal liabilities.
